Since its opening in 2001, for over 17 years of time, LEEHWAIK GALLERY has become one of the most influential galleries in Korea. LEEHWAIK GALLERY now represents leading figures in the Korean contemporary art with exhibitions and promotes artists to galleries and dealers worldwide. At the same time, it unwearyingly discovers and supports rising artists in Korea. LEEHWAIK GALLERY continuously participates in the international art fairs such as Art Miami, Abu Dhabi Art and KIAF ART SEOUL, also in the auctions by Christie’s and Sotheby’s to promote Korean artists to the international viewers. Such opportunities enable the artists to enter the global art markets and eventually contribute to the advancement of Korean contemporary art market.

LEEHWAIK GALLERY opened in 2001, has been introducing young to established artists from domestic to foreign art market over 17 years and participated in major overseas art fairs as well as planning exhibitions which has been actively promoting Korean artists to the international art market. This exhibition contains the intention to show the characteristics and identity of LEEHWAIK GALLERY by planning a group exhibition that can present various works of the exclusive and major artists who have been in constant contact with LEEHWAIK GALLERY.
